A Special Message To My Clients & Partners
Updated: Feb 15
As we continue to cope with COVID-19, my top priority is the health and safety of my clients. I understand the challenges facing the healthcare system and I am working hard to support my client needs in any way I can. Additionally, I am committed to the goal of reducing the spread of COVID-19 within the community. The clinic IS OPEN for client visits, with the following considerations:
I am wearing a mask and gloves daily and also ask clients to wear a mask while in the clinic. Masks are required to enter and leave the facility.
I am offering telehealth appointments, when appropriate, allowing patients to receive their physical therapy plan of care from home. Call or text to(302) 691-9055 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information to learn more or to schedule an appointment.
Extensive cleaning of the clinic, including all equipment and common and high touch areas, as well as overnight professional deep cleaning. Regular hand-washing during and after treatment sessions and hand sanitizer is being used.
All clients who enter my clinic will receive temperature checks. I will also be asking all of my clients about illness in their household or if there has been any sign of COVID-19 symptoms before entering the clinic as well.
Please call if you or someone you know is experiencing pain. I am still accepting new clients. All new clients will have the option to be scheduled for an in-person or a telehealth initial evaluation to determine the course of action.
I am closely monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as our national, state, and local health authorities and we will continue to reassess and make changes daily to minimize the risk of COVID-19 spread while minimizing its impact on the care of my patients. The CDC has the most current information about the virus, including everything you need to know about how the virus spreads, how it is treated, how to protect yourself, and what to do if you are sick. Please visit the CDC website (https://www.cdc.gov/) for more information.
I am here to help you relieve your pain. Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty as we work together to fight this virus.
